Terms and Conditions

If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact floralingriedents@gmail.com before you place an order. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full please do not use our Service.

Returns Policy

Returns may only be given at the discretion of the Floral Ingredients management.

Due to the perishable nature of our goods please make raise and complaints within 24 hours of the delivery time of your order. Please take a digital photograph of any product you are unhappy with and send it to us at floralingriedents@gmail.com
All of our perishable products require very specific care and maintenance. Please pay close attention to the care instructions that come with the order. If the product has not been cared for per the instructions that come with the delivery then we may not refund or offer an exchange of product.
Any product that is claimed to be damaged or have perished should ideally be returned to our shop or collected by us. If this is not possible then as per above we will require photographic evidence within the timely manner specified. We will thoroughly inspect all products where a claim is made by the customer. If we discover that they have not been cared for, or are not damaged or perished, we will not refund or offer an exchange of product.
Any refunds or exchanges will be given if we believe that the delivered product is proved to be damaged and will be at Floral Ingredients discretion.

If stock is unavailable

For any reason, we will offer an alternative for the order, with similar type and colour flowers for example, that will fit with the style of bouquet, and be of equal or greater value.
